EUCAN ELSI Hackathon

Representatives of various EU projects funded under the EU-Canada (EUCAN) Horizon 2020 call came together in London on 30 August 2019 at the Welcome Trust. The meeting, co-led and hosted by Prof Bartha Knoppers, Prof Madeleine Murtargh and Dr Michaela Maryhofer, brought together researchers involved in various work packages related to the ethical, legal and social aspects of data sharing in the context of the respective projects, namely euCanSHare, EUCANCAN, iReceptor Plus, Cineca and EUCAN-Connect. The main goal of the meeting was to learn about each other’s activities and foster the exchange of information.
