euCanSHare improves cardiovascular research!

On the 3rd and 4th of August, euCanSHare Consortium reunited in Barcelona for a 2-day workshop with hands-on-sessions to continue the evaluation and optimisation of its platform.

EuCanSHare aims at providing evidence of what a burden for society is represented by cardiovascular diseases and to inform clinicians and researchers on the possible solutions to that.

AI-powered euCanSHare solutions, such as its catalogue and data-sharing platform, are key to improve cardiovascular research and provide already all the necessary tools to make a huge progress in this field.

To promote its platform, many different activities have been foreseen, such as a series of interviews to Karim Lekadir, euCanSHare Coordinator, Kari Kuulasmaa, Data Centre and MORGAM Project Coordinator at the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare in Helsinki, and Sucharitha Chadalavada, a cardiologist at Barts Heart Centre carrying out her Ph.D. at the Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) on the myocardial changes caused by diabetes, using advanced cardiac imaging.

The interviews will be published in the upcoming days, so stay tuned to do not miss them out!
